Inverness Kiwanis Club was formed on
Feb. 1, 1990 and by April 1990 there were 38 members. The club began meeting at Shoney's on Hwy 280. Club Meetings were
held until recently every Thursday at the Inverness Country Club. Meetings are now held at Aramark Cafeteria Conference
Dining Room, 42 Inverness Center Pkway 11:45am every Thursday Morning. (see calendar for any cancelled or rescheduled
meeting dates)
Only one of the charter members is still
a member of our club and we still have few that joined shortly after the club began.
